Our fees are calculated in accordance with the nature of the brief.
Unless otherwise agreed, the German federal law regarding lawyers fees
(BRAGO) will apply – as is the case with all German firms. Fees are
calculated in accordance with the size of the claim and the type of
work involved. In some situations we recommend an hourly rate or
flat-rate fee. In court cases, we are legally bound to charge at least
the BRAGO minimum.
