Dr. David Kouba is a
German-qualified lawyer with dual qualifications as a lawyer in the
Czech Republic. He has worked as a lawyer in Prague and speaks fluent
Czech. During his time in Prague he advised German and Czech businesses
as well as joint ventures.
Our firm is in the position to draft
contracts for cross border transactions and represent clients before
the Czech courts – where necessary, together with Czech firms with
which we have connections. Czech trademarks are infringed and debts
left unpaid with increasing frequency in Germany. We bring claims and
execute diligence within Germany for Czech clients. For German clients,
we ensure that projects in the Czech Republic are legally sound. |
