Those of our lawyers who specialise in individual and collective labour
law have many years' experience.
Three of our lawyers specialise in
employment law. Dr. Ernesto Loh
was included in the FOCUS "Große Anwaltsliste 2000" as one of the
recommended employment lawyers in Berlin. He is also chairman of the
committee for employment law (Fachanwaltsausschuss) of the Berlin Law
Chamber.
With regard to employment law, we are happy to offer a full range of
services. Each of our employment lawyers has extensive court experience.
We draw up employment contracts in accordance with German law for
managers, advise employees and employers of the risks involved in
signing a new contract of employment and update contracts to take
account of new circumstances. In the case of termination of an
employment contract, we deal with protection against unfair dismissal,
draft termination agreements and negotiate the terms thereof. We are
also qualified to deal with large scale restructuring and redundancies.
When it comes to collective labour law, works council codetermination
rights are often central: works constitution law plays a particularly
important role in the restructuring of business enterprises in Germany.
Our lawyers have dealt with such cases many times. We are also
experienced in giving advice about the procedure relating to the
reconciliation of interests (Interessenausgleich), redundancy
programmes (Sozialplan) and collective agreements.

Ministries, foreign embassies, radio stations, universities, businesses
of every size, type and nationality and, of course, employees and
