Dr. Ernesto Loh has been qualified as a notary public in Berlin since 1988.
German notary publics are required to be able to carry out a full range
of notarial work and are not permitted to specialise. Nevertheless, Dr.
Ernesto Loh has tended mainly to deal with real estate and company law
matters. He certifies the formation or amendment of companies in
Germany and missives of sale and witnesses signatures in cases where
this is required under German law.
